1. We do wet cleaning only.

2. At VLS, every possible care & effort is given to the garment,but VLS shall not be responsible for buttons/hooks/fastness of     color or shrinkage and does not guarantee 100% stain removal.

3. The company cannot be held responsible for any preexisting damage to the garment loss or damage to any arising from     unforeseen circumstances or from causes beyond control.

4. The firm cannot be held responsible for articles not called for within 15days from receipt of the same.

5. Clients are requested to examine the garments before sending them to "CHAMAK' as the company will not be responsible for     any valuable present in them.

6. We do not accept undergarments, handkerchiefs, socks for washing due to hygienic reasons

7. Cash on delivery.

8. Although we ensure a 24 hr delivery of your laundry from the pickup time, due to accidental circumstances we keep a one     hour buffer from the delivery time.

9. In the event of any loss of linen or damage to any linen, the extent of compensation will be limited to only 10 times the cost of     the processing charges of the particular garment.
